Aaron and I had the opportunity to ride down to Vegas for the Maaco Bowl Game. We loaded the Spirit Squad bus Sunday afternoon and returned early Wednesday morning. The trip was fun! We stayed a few nights in Planet Hollywood Casino and Resort. We were right on the Strip and got to see the Bellagio Fountain show. We ate dinner with the cheer-team and attended a few luncheons, pep-rallies, and pre- game activities. The game was amazing but FREEZING. I was snuggled in my hubby's oversized hoodie the entire game and drank as much hot chocolate as possible. I had thought Vegas was supposed to be warm! The game was amazing and BYU won 44 to 20! I was so proud of our boys! The cheer squad did some pretty awesome stunts as well. Aaron is really good at what he does. It was a nice end to his career on the BYU Cheer Squad. He's enjoyed it and we have a really good time with team. I served as a photographer and got some pretty cool shots. We loaded the bus to return to Provo and drove straight through the night making it home at 7:00am. Wednesday was a lost day and we slept most of it. The Maaco bowl was by far the best football game I've ever attended!
