Aaron's Birthday

Happy birthday Aaron! Our original plans to get together with a bunch of friends for Aaron's birthday had to be postponed because I wasn't feeling well. However, our implemented plans turned out to be really fun. Our good friends brought us over pizza and a humidifier (for me to use & it has worked wonders). We had a really nice time and they surprised Aaron with a really thoughtful gift, a knife set that we now use daily. Saturday, Aaron and I got to spend some time together and we picked out the watch he wants. His old G-shock finally bit the dust and he has been wanting a new one ever since. However, his taste is rather complicated. He wants a G-shock that is analog, atomic, and solar. I couldn't find it on my own but we finally found one online that is going to be ordered once it becomes available. Sunday evening we had some family over for ice-cream cake. It was super yummy and Aaron blew out all his candles in one big blow. Someone made the comment that any candles left lit represented how many girlfriends a guy has. I said it was a really good thing he blew them all out! The night was super fun! We had some really good conversation with some really great people. Aaron got tons of happy birthday wishes! Later in the week, Aaron got to get some other goodies he had been wanting because some very thoughtful people sent him very thoughtful gift-cards. Thanks to those who made Aaron's b-day so special. We are blessed with so many good people in our lives!
