Because I cannot have a dog, or a cat, or any other interesting mammal pet for what feels like a long-long-long time, (ie. until we our out of student/married housing) we got Bruce. Bruce is a lovely male Beta fish. He is blue and swims in circles. I only have to feed him and change his water. Aaron typically does that part though because it smells to clean a fish's bowl. Who knew that a little fish could cause such a stink? Oh well, we like Bruce anyway. He is our new pet!
